Clear thinking and practical systems for work that matters.

What’s the next best step?

Organisations and founders usually know what they're trying to do. The trickier part is getting clear on what's in the way, what needs to change, and where to focus. Holding the big picture and day-to-day at once, while keeping the people a product or program is actually for at the centre of it, is hard to do from the inside. That's where I come in.

If you're working on strategy, growth, impact measurement, or designing programs that genuinely work, let's talk.

A woman with dark brown, curly hair smiling outdoors in front of a wooden fence and green foliage.

I co-founded and scaled an ethical clothing manufacturing company in Cambodia and eventually sold it, cutting my teeth in an emerging market and learning the hard lessons of ‘building something’ well before you could look it up online.

The years since have been spent across the Australian community and impact sector, working with NFPs, university programs and social enterprise. I've succeeded, failed, explored and landed with a unique perspective on how to build and run a ‘something meaningful'.

What I’m Working On

Impact measurement for a local council, helping a Social and Economic Inclusion department translate great work into a framework they can measure, communicate, and actually run.

A pilot helping organisations recognise and respond safely to family and domestic violence across their digital and frontline services, grounded in lived experience.

A program for impact businesses to better communicate their work and grow with strength.

And a pizza bike.
